The Pride Victory 10.2 is a mid-size mobility scooter we like for someone who wants more comfort, capacity and stability than a compact travel scooter while still keeping the scooter reasonably manageable.
With a 400 lb weight capacity, an 18" x 17" seat, larger 10-inch tires and speeds of up to approximately 8.4 km/h, the Victory 10.2 is a strong everyday scooter for both indoor and outdoor use.
In our opinion, it sits in a useful middle ground between Pride’s smaller Go-Go scooters and their larger full-size outdoor models.
 
Our Thoughts on the Victory 10.2
 
What we like about the Victory 10.2 is that it is straightforward.
It gives you a larger and more substantial platform without becoming an enormous outdoor scooter.
The 400 lb capacity and larger seat make it comfortable for a wider range of users, while the four-wheel design provides a stable footprint for everyday driving.
For someone who finds a travel scooter a little too small but does not need something as large as a Pursuit or Baja model, we think the Victory 10.2 makes a lot of sense.

Who We Think It Is Best For
 
We think the Victory 10.2 works particularly well for shopping, appointments, retirement communities, neighbourhood use and paved outdoor surfaces.
Its 52.25-inch turning radius means it needs more space than a compact Go-Go, but it is still considerably easier to manage than many large outdoor scooters.
The 400 lb weight capacity also provides more flexibility than most travel scooters.
As always, we would still look at seat width, legroom, transfers and overall fit rather than choosing a scooter based on weight capacity alone.
 
What We Like Most
 
One of the things we like most is the seating.
The standard 18" x 17" swivel seat includes sliders, making it easier to adjust the seating position and find a comfortable distance from the tiller.
The delta tiller with wraparound handles also gives the user multiple hand positions and can be easier to operate for someone with reduced hand strength.
We also like the integrated tiller storage and cup holder, USB charging port and LED lighting package. These are small features, but they make the scooter more convenient for everyday use.
 
Range & Everyday Use
 
With the 40Ah battery configuration, Pride Canada rates the 4-wheel Victory 10.2 for up to approximately 21.7 km of driving range per charge.
The scooter can reach speeds of up to approximately 8.4 km/h.
That gives it plenty of capability for most shopping trips, appointments and neighbourhood outings.
Actual range will vary depending on user weight, hills, terrain, battery condition, temperature and driving habits.
 
Portability & Transportation
 
The Victory 10.2 uses Pride’s feather-touch frame separation system, allowing the scooter to separate into sections for transportation.
However, we would not put it in the same portability category as a Go-Go travel scooter.
The front section of the 4-wheel model weighs approximately 64.5 lb.
For someone who occasionally transports the scooter and has help lifting it, that may be manageable.
If you plan to independently load your scooter into a vehicle several times a week, we would probably compare it with lighter options before deciding.
 
Things We Would Consider Before Buying
 
The Victory 10.2 does not have suspension.
Its larger tires and more substantial frame give it a solid everyday ride, but if comfort over rough pavement is one of your biggest priorities, we would compare it with a scooter equipped with suspension.
It is best suited to indoor flooring, shopping centres, paved sidewalks and reasonably smooth outdoor surfaces.
We would also consider the turning space available in your home. A 52.25-inch turning radius is manageable for a mid-size scooter, but it is noticeably larger than most travel scooters.
 
Is the Pride Victory 10.2 Worth It?
 
We think the Victory 10.2 is a very good choice for someone who wants a traditional mid-size mobility scooter.
Its 400 lb capacity, comfortable seating, four-wheel stability, useful driving range and straightforward design make it a versatile everyday option.
If portability is your number-one priority, we would look at something lighter.
If you need serious suspension and rough-terrain capability, we would move into a larger outdoor model.
But if you want a comfortable, stable scooter for regular everyday use, the Victory 10.2 is one we would absolutely recommend comparing.
